Pendant Diffuser for felt pads

I designed a small pendant for my son's felt pads. The pads are 15mm in diameter, circular shapes that are approximately 3.2mm thick. I made some changes to V2: removed the fillet and added a brim around the inside edge for easier removal, also increasing the thickness of the grommet. However, when I printed this with a new PETG profile, the inside piece didn't fit properly. To resolve this issue, you could either scale up the outside or down the inside by a few percent.
