This is a trusty pencil launcher that's been around for ages. It's made up of just two parts - a rubber band and a small plastic piece to hold it all together. The user takes a few practice swings with the pencil until they get the hang of launching it high into the air, often hitting an unsuspecting sibling or pet in the process.
