I was having issues breaking the crank handle off so I make my sleeves to go over a standard 1/4" hex bit it does need to be a longer one but this works great and I haven't broken the axle since. I was winding a 5kg on to 1kg spools so it was not a bad design originally I was just doing a bit more. I am working on making a 5kg spool holder that I will post here that attaches to the current winder.UPDATE: I have now gotten the 5kg spool holder remixed I enlarged the spool holder by rosen01 I do love the way he reinforced it. I have two files for the winder my original and one that was cut down to fit my small print bed (Creality Ender 3 S1 Pro) 220x220x270mm. I also extended and slightly modified the crank axle to be an idler axle on the 5kg spool. The hex bit for the crank does use the original file by Edbosgra but I did a press fit with the persuasive force of a hammer. Also the idle axle does use the original left handed nut for the crank. As well as the end to end connecter for the spool holders. My apologies to Edbosgra the steel hex bit is ment to use his crank handle and I failed to accredit him in the original post.UPDATE: I made a minor change to the 5kg axle now V3 the V2 works with a bit of cleaning on the spool holder, but V3 does not require this clean up. Both are funcing modles so I left both on here.
