<p>Just a simple pencilsharpener for two sizes of pencils. This model is non-functional except for the fun part :)</p> <p>I modelled this on a 1:1 scale from a real sharpener and printed this 400% the actual size.</p> <h3> Print Settings</h3> <p><strong>Printer Brand:</strong> Prusa</p> <p><strong>Printer:</strong> i3 MK2S</p> <p><strong>Rafts:</strong> Yes</p> <p><strong>Supports:</strong> No</p> <p><strong>Resolution:</strong> 0.15 for blade, 0.20 for base</p> <p><strong>Infill:</strong> 10% - 15%</p> <p><strong>Notes:</strong></p> <p>Only the blade needs some raft/brim to make sure it keeps sticking to your printbed. Print the blade on a 45 degree angle for nice lines on your blades. Make sure to rotate the blade with the correct side down. OnShape does some weird things with top/bottom orientation.</p> <p>You need one base and two blades.</p> <p>Printed the blades in Prusa PLA (Silver) and the base in Colorfab NGEN Gray Metallic for a nice immitation of aluminium and steel.</p> <h3> Post-Printing</h3> <p>Glue the blades on the base and add two screws to complete the sharpener. You can also drill two tiny holes in the base.
