I designed this 3D printable star joiner for Ikea Pencils to create a compact laptop stand that minimizes material usage. By substituting sections with pencils, you can build one object that covers a larger area. If you decide to create a laptop stand, the part with the lip can be used to secure the front of your laptop and the lipped pieces can be used to rest it on. I designed this part around Ikea's standard pencil size, which is readily available at any local Ikea store. I assume that most people have access to an Ikea store. The parts can also work well with regular pencils, making them a versatile option. A hexagonal hole in the center allows for easy insertion of another pencil upright. To print this part, place it on the bed with the flattest side facing up and it should not require any support material. These parts are highly adaptable and can be used to create various structures.
