Pencil Jig K40 Lightburn
thingiverse
Here is a pencil jig I made for my K40 Laser and Lightburn. The Lightburn file had three layers. One that is the editable text. One that is the boxes. One that is alignment dots. When I put the jig on my bed I put some old scrap dowels or pencils in and fire the alignment dots. When it is lined up I replace with my pencils and fire the text. Currently the two outside slots are not in the Lightburn file. The tabs protruding out the jig are for neodymium magnets to hold it in place.
