Pencil Jig for CNC/Laser
thingiverse
This is a 10 pencil jig for a laser/cnc machine. I use the 3dpburner2 laser. Steps after printing: Square the jig to machine. Edit the SVG (I use inkscape). Make sure to make text to path using Object to Path Export text layer as DXF Import into machine settings Burn/Cut For my laser, I dialed it back to a little less than 50% intensity. I also spaced the letters apart a little to get them looking crisper. You know your machine better than I do, so it may take some experimenting before you get a good result. Pencils are cheap. Print Settings Printer: MP3DP Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: .3 Infill: 50-60
