Pencil-holder swivel

To create a more dynamic and personalized pencil-holder, I was inspired by http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8433. For added weight, I designed a base with a sand-filled tank and grooves for an optional o_ring (section 1.7-2mm) to increase friction. While sand and the o_ring are optional, they make the pencil-holder stable and fast-running. Required items include two 624ZZ bearings, a 4x60 screw and nut, and 2-6 4mm washers. Optional supplies include sand and an o_ring (1.7-2mm section). Follow these instructions: print the parts without support, cut a large diameter o_ring to size and insert it, fill the base tank with dry sand up to a couple of inches below maximum level, and assemble as shown in the image.
