I designed this myself and used these pencils to bring it to life: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00HZ84N30 Using longer pens or pencils could also be an option, I'm thinking. The supports for the pockets came out pretty easily - just stick a screwdriver in the side, twist, and remove the material. Rinse and repeat that process to get everything removed.
