This is a custom pencil grip created with the intention of being printed in flexible filament. I envision this flexible filament technology as an exciting opportunity for kids to learn and discover the possibilities of 3D printing, potentially even pioneering new developments in the field and sparking imagination about future material types such as printing shoes. As someone who struggled with handwriting during their childhood, holding a pencil incorrectly was a persistent problem that still occurs occasionally. However, using this grip helped me develop proper pencil-holding techniques, significantly improving my handwriting. My hope is that others will find this resource equally beneficial. Print Settings: Printer: My fully customized Davinci 2.0, equipped with water cooling, WiFi connectivity, and quad extrusion. Rafts: No raft is required. Supports: Supports are not needed. Resolution: The resolution is set to .02 for optimal results. Infill: For flexible filament printing, a 100% infill is used. Notes: To achieve the best possible outcome when printing with flexible filament, it's essential to print the pencil grip upright at an extremely slow speed.
