Pencil Box Dividers (Fast Vase Mode)

<p>These pencil box cases are useful for storing small projects and parts so I made these dividers to help organize the contents better. &nbsp;</p><p>Spiral vase mode printing minimizes the wall thickness, filament usage and print time. &nbsp;The spiral ends fuse into adjoining walls adding extra rigidity for the divider. &nbsp;The bottom can be open with a small brim or fully printed to keep parts in better.</p><p>Six different options are provided to divide the box into 2 (half), 3 (tri), 4 (quad), 5 (quint), 6 (hex), or 8 (octal) sections. &nbsp;Each divider option has two models for printing either a full bottom or printing an open bottom with a brim. &nbsp;The integrated brim adds extra rigidity and reduces warping when printing the open bottom version.</p><p>These dividers were designed and tested to fit into the following boxes which have an interior dimension of 189mm x 82mm x 32mm:</p><ul><li><a href="https://www.amazon.com/WUWEOT-Snap-Tight-Organizer-Watercolor-Container">WUWEOT Pencil Box</a></li><li><a href="https://www.amazon.com/Really-Useful-Storage-Litre-Clear">Really Useful Storage Box 0.55 Litre</a></li></ul><p>NOTE: The floor of the WUWEOT box has a bump in the center that will cause the divider to not sit flat except for the Tri and Quint Brim boxes which are open in the center. &nbsp;The Really Useful Storage box has a flat floor so works with all dividers.</p><h4><strong>Print Settings:</strong></h4><ul><li>Material: PLA</li><li>Nozzle: 0.4mm</li><li>Layer Height: 0.2mm</li><li>Line Width: 0.5mm &nbsp;&lt;== Important</li><li>Perimeters: 1</li><li>Bottom Layers: 3</li><li>Infill: None</li><li>Supports: None</li><li>Bed Adhesion: Skirt</li><li>Spiral Vase: Enabled (Prusa Slicer setting)</li><li>Spiralize Outer Contour: Enabled (Cura setting)</li><li>Printing Orientation: &nbsp;Bottom-side down</li></ul><p>NOTE: The brim is recessed 0.6mm assuming 3 bottom layers at 0.2mm layer height.
