Create a constant-force pen for your printer using a Pilot G-2 pen, rubber band, and double-sided tape. Remove the spring and grip from the pen and attach the ink cartridge to the front housing. Tie or tape a rubber band to the top of the ink cartridge and secure it to the lower housing. Attach the pen holder to your printer's "X" axis carriage using double-sided tape, ensuring the pen tip is 5mm below the nozzle. In Slic3r, set offsets for finely extruded vector graphics (SVGs), such as Y=+32mm, Z=+5mm, and X=0mm, with a nozzle diameter of 0.1mm, lift-Z at 5mm, minimum travel after retraction at 0.5mm, bed temp at 24°C, nozzle temp at 24°C, layer height between 0.075mm and 0.1mm, perimeters at 2, solid layers at 0/0, detect thin walls set to yes, and choose an infill percentage and pattern as desired. Use Pronterface for optimal results when printing SVGs as finely extruded STL files.
