Pen Holder - Desk Organizer

<p>Just thought I would add my contribution to the 9 million desk organizer thingies already out there. This holder basically consists of 19 hexagonal tubes "splayed out" to make it easier to see all the pens and more easily add or remove one. The tubes are large enough to hold Sharpies, pens, small scissors, etc.</p> <p>Note there are two versions:</p> <p>[Update Apr. 1, 2020 - added 2-color version; see Print Instructions]</p> <p>Penholder : The version I printed with the top and sides filled in. I considered printing the "naked" version but I was worried it might be too much of a dirt catcher.</p> <p>Penholder2 : This is the "naked" version - just the 19 tubes with no cover. I did not print this version, but I thought some people might like it so I included the STL file for it. It <em>might</em> be possible to print with 0% infill but note that the top of the holder is roughly spherical so bridging might be a problem.</p> <p>Update Apr. 1, 2020 - added 2-color version (see photos show completed and in-progress). I also added a print modifier to the 2 color version so that there is 0% infill for the first 95% of the print. This provides for an infill section about 1cm from the top, which acts as support for the top layer. This results in faster printing with less filament use.</p>
