This is a versatile pen holder designed specifically for use with CNC routers, perfect for sketching or creating handmade signatures with ease. A threaded rod provides the necessary strength to support the entire design, mirroring the length of a standard pen. You're free to modify the project to suit your unique CNC or 3D printer setup by incorporating your own threaded rod mount design. Instructions are provided below: Instructions: --------------------------- 1. The project is parametric, allowing you to customize the geometry by editing the configuration file "PEN_HOLDER_CONFIG.scad" and exporting models into STL format using OpenSCAD. Simply update the following parameters: - PEN diameter - THREADED ROD diameter - Length between bolt holes of the mount piece (choose 0mm for a single-bolt mount bracket) 2. Use your preferred slicer to process your STL files. STL models are included for a 7mm pen and an 8mm threaded rod, allowing you to get started right away.
