Pen Holder, Bookmark, Checklist Box Template

I've been purging a ton of old clutter from my house and workshop lately, which led me to create an excessive number of checklists. I'd been relying on the checklist box maker found at https://www.thingiverse.com/make:410067 but discovered it didn't align properly with the standard lines in a regular composition book. Simultaneously, I've been searching for a bookmark pen holder similar to https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1225095 that would seamlessly integrate with my preferred composition book. After some tinkering, I managed to design this piece, which has proven to be quite effective for meeting all of my needs. My print was done in PLA with extensive support material to maintain the gap between the clip and main body.
