I designed a Pen Holder for my three Staedtler Mars Micro pens that I use for technical drawing projects. The pen holder can accommodate almost any type of pen, while the lead-case part will likely not hold it, but it does fit Pilot eno-g lead-cases securely. A possible addition could be support for the lower arc to ensure stability.
