Pen Cap

prusaprinters fattoni 5114795 Free

Models based on cartridge diameter and modeled slightly oversize to account for minor shrinkage. Fits half and full size. Will add more models based on different diameters in the future. May need to be slightly scaled up/down for a perfect fit depending on your machine/settings. Printed in PLA with a .6 nozzle at .3mm height with very minimal tree support for the bottom of the clip in under 30 minutes. Use a brim if adhesion is an issue, slight elephants foot may actually be beneficial on this model to help with retention. Slide a thin razor blade from top to bottom between the clip to break the ball at the bottom free. Note: Clip is very easily breakable with just pla, will work on trying to make this stronger.
