Pen Blank Saw Jig

I require a solution to efficiently cut pen blanks with a hand saw. Having only attempted a few cuts, I've noticed that the saw is causing noticeable damage to the print, leading me to consider it disposable. I'm weighing the possibility of using ABS or PETG materials, which may prove more durable. The 120pct model features an enlarged scale in both the Y and Z directions to accommodate larger blanks.
