My wife is absolutely passionate about working on adult coloring books. She literally has thousands of pens, pencils, and markers at her disposal. She was unable to find a suitable holder on a very popular shopping website, so this is being built to meet her specific needs. Each hole in the design can securely hold a pen, pencil or fine point marker. It can accommodate many of them - up to 128 in total. I've carefully carved out wedges at the bottom and top for storing paper clips, erasers, etc. The four larger holes at the top are specifically designed for carrying the holder itself.
