peltier cooling unit/ thermoelectric cooling system

why i choose peltier...!this peltier cooling system is from my old project. The Peltier effect is a temperature difference created by applying a voltage between two electrodes connected to a sample of semiconductor material. This phenomenon can be useful when it is necessary to transfer heat from one medium to another on a small scale. The Peltier effect is one of three types of thermoelectric effect.The requirements for my particular project was a cooling system which is compact, cheap and not very complex. so the best option was the peltier.note that the peltier modules are only 5% efficient.Note: all fasteners are unthreaded and not as per standards.(images from project assembly included for demonstration purpose only which is not in the part file)
