This is a real-world size model of the 18-storey Wiltern Theatre – Pellissier building created by a professional architect. Originally created with 3ds Max 2011, this model uses centimeters as its units. USAGE The model is ready for use in Unity and is suitable for exterior visualization, real-time applications, gaming, architecture, consulting, and education. The mesh is low-poly, allowing you to easily add additional details or edit the geometry. GEOMETRY The model's high-quality mesh features a clean edge flow. Geometry has been thoroughly tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. The mesh is low-poly, making it easy to build up additional details or edit the geometry. Similar objects are instances, allowing for quick changes or replacements. A Shell Modifier has been applied and disabled on glass objects. Scene objects are organized by layers. PRESENTATION IMAGES All preview images were rendered with 3.20 V-Ray. Wire images were created using VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt for geometry testing. VRayHDRI, a map, and VRayCamera are included, making the product ready to render out-of-the-box. MATERIALS This model contains both V-Ray and Standard materials. JPG and PNG textures come in separate archives. All objects are UV mapped, and all materials are properly named. ADDITIONAL NOTES No third-party plug-ins are required for this model.
