Pelican Case Clasp/Latch Repair Part

Needed replacement latches for several Pelican cases. There is already half of the latch available, but in some instances I needed to replace both pieces, not just the one available here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4566355 This was whipped up quickly and roughly in Solidworks but it's true enough to the original that I do not intend to be making revisions (love when it works out like that). I used this part to repair both Pelican 1200 cases and Pelican 1170 cases. I am certain it would work with other cases too, but I cannot confirm or deny which ones. If you need replacement pins as well (as I did) I found that a 10d nail is about the correct diameter for the pin that joins the two latch pieces, and a 12d nail is about the correct diameter for the pin that joins the latch assembly to the case. I cut the nails with a bolt cutter and smoothed the ends down on a bench grinder. I put some blue loctite on the 10d nail at the ends to help it from coming out, the 12d nail press fit well enough that I don't think it's necessary. YMMV.
