Front panel for a DIY Bluetooth speaker using this amplifier "TPA3116 Bluetooth 5.0 Digital Power 50W Audio Amplifier Board Accessories" The amp runs off a wide range of voltages, making it perfect for powering from a 4S or 6S Li-po battery. This setup utilizes 6X9 Pioneer car speakers, 4 ohms, 40W nominal, providing excellent sound quality. To add extra support to the panel, I glued the acrylic back panel from the amp to my printed part. You could also remove the pot and aux jack and mount the amp somewhere else if needed. The foam inside the case helps prevent unwanted reflections, ensuring a clear sound output. For mounting, the amp uses M3 hardware. However, due to the center holes being too close to the amp board, I recommend remote mounting the amp for optimal performance. A volt meter and USB charger have been added to keep track of the battery level. You can choose either one based on your preferences. The switch used is similar to this model; I've included the step and 123D files so you can edit the panel to fit your specific needs.
