Insert the Pelican 1010 case to improve your IEM's and Bluetooth adapters' holding capabilities. The Fusion file is available if you want to reconfigure the internal layout to better suit your needs. The insert was printed with TPU to provide some flexibility and hopefully seal the edges tightly. Use support for the outer lip during printing.
