Customized standoff adapter designed specifically for mounting caster wheels on a Pelican 0340 Case. The Pelican case, acquired second-hand, arrived without its original caster wheels, leaving only the mounting brackets intact. This ingenious device enables users to attach any standard caster wheel to the case while still allowing for easy removal from the Pelican Case. M6 nuts were carefully heated with a soldering iron and then pressed firmly into the plastic casing. M6 screws, 20mm in length, are utilized to securely fasten the caster wheel to the standoff adapter. The fabrication process involved using PETG filament with an infill of 25% and two perimeter layers for added stability.
