A detailed examination of Barbara Hepworth's Pendour sculpture has been conducted at Christine Borland's request. The process began with the scanning of the original work, which involved filling in its voids to create a negative image. In this depiction, the authentic sculpture is rendered in vibrant orange and contrasted against a brilliant white negative. This reverse impression served as a template for the creation of an exhibition piece using computer-controlled milling technology.
