Pegboard Tray Holder for Hole Punch Block
cults3d
I crafted a tray to house my assortment of hole punches that reside in a wooden block I fabricated for them before I acquired a 3D printer. Now they have a designated spot on my pegboard, thanks to this design inspired by my original creation at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3701355. The interior dimensions measure approximately 97.6 mm by 59.9 mm. This tray is designed to fit snugly onto a 1/4 inch pegboard with 1 inch on-center spacing. For optimal results, I recommend printing this design with either three wall line count and any desired infill level or two wall line count with at least 20% infill if you prefer a more solid build. I employed 3D-Fuel Pro PLA for this print, which boasts exceptional strength and ease of printing. This filament can also be annealed to unlock additional strength and temperature resistance properties, making it my top choice for functional prints. To facilitate remixing, I've included the Fusion 360 file for your convenience.
