Pegboard Tray Holder for Hole Punch Block
thingiverse
I crafted this tray specifically to house my collection of hole punches, which reside in a wooden block I created for them prior to acquiring a 3D printer. Now they have a designated spot on my pegboard. The design is based on the one found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3701355 The internal dimensions measure approximately 97.6 mm by 59.9 mm. This tray is tailored to fit snugly on a 1/4 inch pegboard with 1 inch on-center spacing. I recommend printing this design using either three wall lines and any desired infill, or two wall lines with at least 20% infill for added strength. For this print, I used 3D-Fuel Pro PLA, which boasts remarkable strength and ease of printing. This filament can also be annealed to enhance its strength and temperature resistance, making it my go-to choice for functional prints. The Fusion 360 file is included to facilitate easy remixing.
