Pegboard Shelf with Tray
thingiverse
I needed a tray for my pegboard that could handle a bit more weight than what plastic tabs alone could support. The tray is designed to fit snugly inside a standard metal 6-hole pegboard screwdriver holder, with holes spaced 40mm center-to-center. Each pipe has an outside diameter of 18mm and extends approximately 45mm past the bottom surface of the shelf. The loops in the front were added as an afterthought, but I'd love to see how others might reimagine this design. The holes are spaced precisely at 40mm center-to-center, allowing for easy installation of tools and accessories. Each pipe has an outside diameter of 18mm and extends approximately 45mm past the bottom surface of the shelf, providing ample support for heavy items. The loops in the front were added as a last-minute feature, but I'm eager to see how others might build upon this design.
