Pegboard Pieces #7 - Wide Curve
thingiverse
This is part 7 of a set of laser-cut marble run pieces designed by Paul Buckley. The full 3D model can be found in Onshape here: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/d0ca1ed3c4aad2fa89b94963/w/c0695c6c5231cabe690a5099/e/b3500dd2100c536b02b61b23. These pieces are designed specifically for a pegboard with 4.8mm peg-holes, arrayed at intervals of 31.9mm both horizontally and vertically. A 0.28mm tolerance has been factored into the design. The horizontal piece requires a thickness of 2.75mm (although up to 3mm should also work). The vertical piece, made from acrylic, needs to be 2.8mm thick (with similar flexibility for up to 3mm). DXFs are attached for easy import into laser-cutting software. Example videos demonstrating the pieces in action can be found here: https://youtu.be/pMGskp9NEY4 and here: https://youtu.be/BP6kDK6AZ4s.
