This is part 3 of a set of laser-cut marble run pieces designed by Paul Buckley. The complete 3D model can be found in Onshape at this link: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/d0ca1ed3c4aad2fa89b94963/w/c0695c6c5231cabe690a5099/e/b3500dd2100c536b02b61b23. These pieces are specifically designed to fit a pegboard with 4.8mm peg-holes, spaced at 31.9mm apart both horizontally and vertically, with a tolerance of 0.28mm considered. For optimal performance, use horizontal pieces (ply) that are 2.75mm thick; they can also work well if they're up to 3mm thick. Similarly, vertical pieces (acrylic) should be 2.8mm thick; they will also function properly if they're up to 3mm thick. DXFs are attached for easy import into lasercutting software.
