thingiverse
This is part 1 of a set of intricately designed laser-cut marble run pieces crafted by Paul Buckley. The complete 3D model can be accessed in Onshape at this link: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/d0ca1ed3c4aad2fa89b94963/w/c0695c6ac5231cabe690a5099/e/b3500dd2100c536b02b61b23. These pieces are specifically designed for use on a pegboard with 4.8mm diameter peg-holes, arranged in a horizontal and vertical pattern with a displacement of 31.9mm. A tolerance of 0.28mm has been carefully considered. The thickness requirements for the horizontal piece (ply) is 2.75mm, with a suggested maximum of 3mm. The vertical piece (acrylic) requires a thickness of 2.8mm, also with a recommended maximum of 3mm. DXF files are included for direct import into laser cutting software.
