Pegboard paper towel holder (uses 1.25" wooden dowel)

Remixed with Tinkercad. I made some changes to let me use a 1.24" wooden dowel I already had on hand. The halfmoon on one side stops the dowel from twisting or being put in too far since I cut it exactly right, without any extra length either end. With a Dremel and sanding head, I quickly took away an equal amount from the dowel. To reload, push the dowel out (it only goes one way because of the notch) and swap in a new roll.
