Pegboard or stand alone parametric trays
thingiverse
This is my initial attempt at leveraging OpenSCAD. I wanted to create some custom trays for storing parts of the Fairfield County Makers Guild (http://makersguildfc.com) but found limited options, so I came up with this.\nI was looking for trays designed specifically for counter tops or integration with pegboards. If you're not targeting pegboards, just comment out the function call for createPegs to exclude it.\nThe size of your tray can be adjusted by modifying variables L, W, and H. \n\n \n \nInstructions on using this file can be found below. This was printed at standard resolution with supports in Makerware software.
With this file you will be able to print Pegboard or stand alone parametric trays with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Pegboard or stand alone parametric trays.
