Pegboard mounted screwdriver holder, 4 mm x 12 mm apart

This is a remake of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2402094 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4739837. I wanted to make it suitable for a Biltema peg board, 4 mm holes 12 mm apart, and found myself creating a new one. The holes have been enlarged to a diameter of 11 mm and it takes fewer screwdrivers compared with the original one. I have one particularly long screwdriver, so I ended up making a hole at the top for this one. In the SCAD file, you can easily redesign it. It is made up of cones (function base) taking 6 parameters - z position, height of first cone, height of second cone, radius at the bottom, middle and top. The holes are made by the function hole, which takes 6 parameters - z position, height of first cone, height of second cone, radius at the middle and top and the number of holes at each level.
