Pegboard Jig

Pegboard Jig

thingiverse

I designed this small Jig pattern to mark pegboard holes on a blank sheet of Hardboard. The distance between the center of one hole and the next is 19 mm. My Peg board hole (diameter) being 4 mm, I crafted the 4 pegs with a diameter of 3.7 mm. Please note that I've encountered varied pegboard sheet sizes depending on the manufacturer, so it's crucial to measure your own gap distances before wasting filament. I opted for an infill of 50% in my previous job, but now I realize that 20% is sufficient. To get started, mark your first row of holes at the top, then drill them out and use the jig to mark and drill additional holes - a task that's both thrilling and time-consuming, yet will save you some money in the long run.
