Pegboard Jig

Pegboard Jig

This is NOT my design. I found this on Instructables where a user named Paige Russel created it and shared it for free download, allowing users to either print it themselves or have an online printing service create the print for them. A modification needs to be made in this design, but I'm unsure of how to accomplish it. The holes on the underside of the peg wings on the outside edges of the jig need to be increased to 1/4 inch or .25 inches to accommodate standard 1/4 inch dowel pins. Four pegs are included in the STL that get installed into those holes, but they don't fit well and I've ended up destroying mine. Since I don't own a printer yet, I had an online printing service create this for me as I'm still saving money to buy one. I'm hoping someone out there can make the modifications I need. My other option would be to bore out the holes with a 1/4 inch drill bit, but I'm afraid of breaking the jig while drilling or not getting the drill bit centered properly. Either mistake would render my jig useless. If you edit this so the holes I mentioned earlier are 1/4 inch, please post a link here in the comment section beforehand. To make this jig, you will also need a bag of these nylon spacers: https://www.mcmaster.com/94638a259 You can find the original design along with full instructions on how to use it to create your own pegboard using any 1/4 inch thick plywood, MDF, or other material at this link: https://www.instructables.com/id/Make-Custom-Pegboard-3D-Jig-File-Included/
