Pegboard holder for Park tools Y wrench
thingiverse
Starting a new job at a bike store, I took a closer look at their pegboard and realized there was a better way to organize all the different Park tool Y-wrenches. I started designing it in Fusion 360 but since I'm still learning, I went back to what I know and used SketchUp instead. I'll probably recreate this design in Fusion so I can have a parametric model, but for now, this works well. I also uploaded versions with text that covers the main sizes of Y-wrenches: 4/5/6mm, 2/2.5/3mm, T10/T25/T30, 4/5mm/T25 and 8/9/10mm. This way, you can easily put everything back in its place without any confusion about where it should be. Since I've included the original SketchUp file, adding your own text is a breeze. I was going to add the Park Tool logo but couldn't find a vector version easily enough and it wasn't that important to me. **Update:** I printed out a bunch of these and brought them to the bike shop where I discovered older Park Y-wrenches had a larger body. While all my Y-wrenches are 42mm diameter and 17mm thick, the wrenches at the shop were 46mm diameter and 20mm thick. This meant the original design was a bit too small and the wrenches sat too high. I modified the design for the thicker old-style wrenches and uploaded that as "Park older model Y-wrench pegboard mount.stl". However, I haven't uploaded versions with recessed text yet. **Update:** Despite being made specifically for Y-wrenches, one of the other mechanics discovered that Park's NP-6 needle nose pliers fit perfectly into this design.
