Pegboard festo mount
thingiverse
I've updated the design with a new picture and stl featuring a ptfe stop at the top, complete with a 2.5mm hole for effortless filament passage. This thoughtful addition prevents ptfe tubes from being pulled up into the holder when needed to clear a jam. Initially, I was pleased with the original wall mount's performance on pegboard alone, thanks to its perfectly spaced center holes that adapt seamlessly to pegboard layout. However, to minimize tangles and resistance on my mmu2, I created a single festo version that can be mounted either to a wall or directly onto pegboard. This versatile design ensures optimal filament flow and reduced stress on the system. To secure the festo components in place, I utilized plastic push rivets available at the linked below. These fasteners work flawlessly, providing a strong hold while being easily removable when needed. Additionally, I've included links to the festo/pneumatic fittings used in this design for easy reference and replacement if required.
