Pegboard Dropper Paint Bottle Holder - m5 bolts
thingiverse
I dislike using 3D printed plastic pegs on my pegboard because they tend to break when I first insert them or when weight is added, and sometimes they fall out due to vibrations from power tools and other equipment being used at my workbench. It seems that the issue lies in the small diameter holes of my pegboard. In contrast, I've found little M5 bolts to be much more resilient for holding things in place. I remixed a Pegboard holder using M5 bolts with my pegboard, taking care to ensure a snug fit. The minimum gap between pegboard holes is 45.50 mm and the maximum is 54.40 mm, as measured by calipers skipping the middle hole. If you're checking if this will work for your pegboard, I highly recommend using M5 bolts, which are perfectly sized to fit and won't require a nut at the back of the pegboard to stay in place.
