For use with metric pegboard featuring 25mm hole spacing and 6mm hole diameter, these templates are cut from 4mm plywood. Each template - clip, grid, or solid - measures 46mm in height and width, allowing for seamless connections to other templates. To create a chain larger than a single square block, spacers made of solid or slotted material may be necessary. Please note that parts designed to fit snugly together require assembly using a hammer and pliers. To ensure proper fitment, verify the dimensions of pegs, slots, and tabs according to your specific setup. For users of FreeCAD, note that this design employs Assembly2 mode, which necessitates specific workarounds for optimal functionality in version 0.17 (invisible bodies and boolean fusion are used extensively).
