The Peg Game, also known as Peg Solitaire, is a thrilling and intellectually demanding puzzle that provides endless entertainment for players of all skill levels. The primary objective of this single-player game is to emerge victorious with only one peg remaining at the end of the challenge. To begin, a peg is placed in every hole except one chosen by the player, setting the stage for the puzzle's resolution. The player can then strategically move pegs that are adjacent to each other, as long as it "hops over" another peg and lands safely in an empty space on the board. This clever maneuver not only allows the player to progress but also eliminates the peg that was successfully "hopped over", significantly altering the game's landscape. Note: The pegs used in this game were not 3D printed, as they were conveniently already available, thus conserving valuable filament and minimizing waste.
