I brought an idea to life by creating a device that turns the knob to tighten, and then pushes the knob into its body with precisely aligned pegs and holes. This clever design holds the tube in place from unwinding, relying on the pressure of the tube's tendency to unwind to secure the pegs within their respective holes. The roller features a unique mechanism, boasting teeth situated between its two sides that prevent any movement or shifting during the printing process. This innovative feature ensures smooth operation and prevents jamming. The device is designed for vertical printing, allowing for efficient use of space. When assembling the device, it's essential to work carefully with the pegs and holes. Initially, they may be quite tight, requiring a bit of effort to loosen them up. Once you've loosened one hole, turn the knob to move on to the next, gradually working your way around the entire device to secure all the pegs in place.
