Pedestal al emperador Tiberio (años 31-32 d. C.)
sketchfab
Monumental pedestal of sandstone that would support a statue, presumably equestrian, dedicated to Emperor Tiberius as part of an endowment set forth by Q. Sempronius Vitulus, a cavalry officer. Discovered in 2015 on the forum of Los Bañales' Roman city, above the levels of amortization that supported the Basilica's underground portico. It likely worked together with two tributes to the commissioner, one also established in his endowment. Dimensions (inches): 34.6 x 34.3 x 32.2
