Pedal mount that allows SM-SH56 cleats to be screwed directly to the bottom using standard cleat bolts and 8x8x2.6mm nuts. This modification is based on Jumawa's Shimano pedal design found on Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2945117), which I adapted for use with my M530 pedals. I tested the pedal mount using worn cleats and a minimum pedal spring setting, resulting in reasonable separation between the pedal and cleat.
