This lightweight and aesthetically-pleasing pedal features internal bearings for smooth operation and an internal torsional spring for correct return function. Designed within specifications, it comprises two halves that rotate around each other using a hollow shaft and bearing, accommodating the torsional spring and shaped shaft for pot operation. Secured to the car body with three M4 bolts, the housing has stopping faces limiting movement to 40 degrees. Made of strong aluminum alloys or thermoplastics like PBI, it can withstand forces up to 1200N on the pedal footrest. The pedal body is injection-molded from PBI and weighs 117.32g, while casings side 1 and 2 weigh 108.81g and 77.28g, respectively. This durable, cost-effective design offers ease of assembly.
