I created a replacement part for the assist sensor on my electric bike after the original plastic piece broke into fragments. The new component is a flat disc that holds twelve magnets, secured in place within the new 3D-printed part using super glue. I am sharing this model with the hope that it will be useful to others who may need a replacement for this part. Dimensions of the printed part include: Disc diameter: eighty millimeters Height: four millimeters Holes for magnets have a diameter of five millimeters The inner disc diameter is twenty-five millimeters, with a smaller inner diameter of sixteen millimeters. This 3D-printed component was created using a Creality Ender 3 printer. Print resolution was set at three hundred microns per layer height. Total print time was one hour and forty minutes.
