Peco N Scale Track has a unique design that eliminates holes for nails, allowing me to secure my ballast effectively within the track. I prefer this approach since nailing down the track by drilling into the rail ties is not only unnecessary but also prone to causing damage. When attempting to nail the ties, there's often a risk of splitting them in half, which can be frustrating and costly in terms of repairs. By avoiding nails altogether, the process becomes significantly easier and results in fewer issues over time. This method ensures that my track remains stable during the adhesion process, maintaining its shape and preventing any potential problems down the line.
