General This is a 3D model of a pecan shell nut, expertly crafted for photorealistic renderings, close-ups, stills, and animation. It's ready to be inserted into your scene without any modifications. Meshes The pecan nut model comes as a single mesh in two versions. The mesh is quad-based, with a base model polycount of 2,821K. A high-detail model is also included in .max and .obj formats, boasting 722K quads. Materials The .max 2014 files come with Corona (1.5) and Vray (3.4) materials. Other versions have basic materials that can be adjusted to suit your specific software needs. Textures Five maps are supplied with this model: 8,192x8,192 PNGs and downsampled versions in 2,048x2,048 JPGs. The maps include AO, diffuse, specular, normal, and displacement textures. A 16K diffuse texture is also included. The pecan nut model is UVW unwrapped for seamless integration. Formats The original file was created in 3ds Max 2014 with Corona and Vray materials (1.5 and 3.4). You'll receive a 3DS, OBJ, LWO, FBX, SKP, C4D, 3DM, and MAX file (2014).
