This is a custom-designed watchband for my Pebble watch, measuring 22mm in width. This is my second attempt at creating and crafting a watchband from scratch, and I'm thrilled with the results. For the hardware components, I scavenged pins and a buckle from an old Pebble Time Steel band, which served as inspiration. I chose to print this design using NijaFlex TPU, a versatile material that offers excellent flexibility and durability. To achieve the perfect finish, I set my printer's temperature to 225-230 degrees Fahrenheit, eliminating any stringy threads or imperfections. The surface of the watchband has a beautiful matte finish, courtesy of the blue tape applied to my printer bed. As I experimented with print settings, I discovered that reducing the print speed to 20mm/s and travel speed to 80mm/s yielded an exceptional quality print. The turquoise-colored watchband turned out stunning, with a smooth, even finish that's truly eye-catching. I'm absolutely delighted with how this watch band feels on my wrist – it's incredibly comfortable, making it perfect for daily wear.
